I purchased a used car here. It was a trade in by an active, at the time, salesman employee at Tuttle Click. He showed me all the gadgets and when I asked if any work had been done on the car, he said only the tint job and that everything else was original. In April of 2021 I custom ordered a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from this dealer. Was a 40th birthday gift to myself and was very excited to receive my first Jeep.
After taking delivery, I noticed TONS of quality control issues ranging from paint drips, poorly applied clear coat, scratches, loose trim, and lots more. I don't know how this passed QC at the factory, let alone at the dealer. BUYER BEWARE!

Only leaving 1 star because there is not an option for 0 or negative stars. I took my Jeep there for an oil change to use their Express Lane service (no appointment necessary, per their website). I was told that I would have to leave it and they might get to it today but no guarantees. Horrible service!
I took the car in at 7:30am to be serviced and to fix the front right turn indicator. I was told it would be about two hours.
At 9:10 I was told it needed a filter and it was on the way and would be there “within the hour”.
At 10:10am, I was told something about the parts services going “around” and it would be there “within the hour”. I told them I had an appoint at 11am.

Called Tuttle-Click to purchase a used Jeep Compass for my daughter. Max called me back and personally located the car I was interested in and had it ready as promised for me to sign the papers and drive home. I am disappointed with the service. The USB port stopped working after being fixed by Tuttle-Click and they wanted to charge me $185.00 to " look at it again ". Originally the problem was under warranty an now just out of warranty.

Complete lack of care for the customer and there needs. This is not the first time I Gabe had to wait for parts to fix my Grand Cherokee. Service staff here could not care less. No one greets you, they walk past you and ignore you. The guy at the counter said hey I’m busy see if one of the other guys can help you. Took about 2 solid days to repair a headlamp and blinker, and perform standard oil service. Finally got it home and 2 days later the oil life indicator is chiming telling us to get an oil change. Now i need to return the car to get the oil indicator reset...or i can spend the time researching on how to do it myself. I sure hope my oil and filter was changed. Service manager was polite and followed up many times with me during the course of service.

I brought my 2013 dodge charger in for service . My service advisor he did a awesome job in helping me. I had a coolant leak near the water pump. Originally had my car towed to Tustin tuttle click their service is horrible they charged me a diagnostic fee of $160 and told me i needed a cap all long i needed a water pump im going back to get my refund for mis diagnosing my car. Will never go back to Tustin tuttle click their service is horrible.

I gave the rating I did because there wasn’t anyone trying to sale me something I didn’t want. I let them know what I wanted and at what price and they did everything humanly possible to make that a reality for me. Although we fell slightly short of my goal it wasn’t by much so I was satisfied with their efforts to deliver. They also went out of their way when they noticed a few scratches on the vehicle I chose to set me up an appointment to repaint at my earliest convenience.

Timely turnaround. Dropped off vehicle and my ride home and return ride was taken care of. It took them less than 6 hours for the 30k service.
We went thru Costco corporate pricing. Did not realize how busy internet sales staff could get on a Sunday afternoon but we were so appreciative that Coach was able to work with us closely on a busy day.
